The company „Schuy GmbH & Co. KG“ was founded as an manufacturing and trading company for packing plant and final packaging in sector dairy, food and beverages industry in 1977.

The production area is splitted in three sectors:

- Rebuilding of the packaging machines of all european producers.

The machines will be commited rebuild, added with computer control and the newest mechanically and pneumatic technology, if you want, the machines could be installed by our professionals on site. The costs of the installing are charged by the hour in accordance with our installation guidelines.

- New building of special machines

These machines were build on customers requests for packaging like jam, salad, special capping, cover edition and final packaging.

- New cup filling and lockable maschines for liquid, pasty, lumpy or granular products.

Many years of experience in rebuilding of the used maschines we have designed an own cup filling machine range in 1999. The areas of the machines surround semiautomatic cup filling maschines until the multiple-track fully automatic.

These maschines are full automatically in connection with Servo-technology and easy in maintaining.

Because of the modular construction is it possible to add stations afterwards. Also special sizes could be processed. So we have delivered amongst others cup fillers for 1 to 25 kg buckets (with handles) around the world. You can ask us an we will advise you.

With more than 24.000m² production and storage area we have 40 employees, with more than 30 employees working in the production and service. Representations all over the world are in contact with our prospects and customers. Any time our full-service is available with an export share more than 70%.

Our machines are used in over 90 countries day by day.

In our machine storage in Hünfeld there are more than 800 different packaging machines and filling machines for inspection.

Also we build a subsidiary company „Schupack GmbH in Hünfeld in the middle of 1990.
